What are the true requirements in fees when refinancing? The fees vary from lender to lender...I have been doing research on who to do a refi with and I get so many fees for different types of requirements. It is extremely confusing and I just wish that some one would be honest and just stop making it seem like a used car dealer doing the refi. Who can you believe when it comes to real required fees. I don't want to pay for unnecessary things.
