My wife owns the house. We now want to refinance the home together. I will be using my VA loan to do so. How and what can we do?

You will have to add your name to the property deed first. Once you become the owner of the property, you will be able to apply for a VA loan refinance easily.

Since your wife is the owner of the house, you will have to add your name in the property papers. Only then, you will be able to apply for a VA loan.
