Want to get a reverse mortgage… What criteria do I need to fulfill?

In order to get a reverse mortgage, you should be a senior citizen, 62 years of age and should own your property free and clear.

In order to become eligible for a reverse mortgage loan, you should be at least 62 years or over, you should have a single family home or other approved property, you must own the property and you must live in the house as your primary residence.
