Will I be able to get a reverse mortgage on a manufactured home?

Reverse mortgages on manufactured and mobile homes are available NATIONWIDE,as long as you own the property with the land and it is a doublewide or larger built after June 1976. Borrowers must occupy the property at least 183 days out of the year and be at least 60 days from turning 62.
No, I don't think that you will get a reverse mortgage easily on a manufactured home.
