My second has been charged off. Did the collection agency pay for the loan? Just trying to figure out an offer to get it taken care of.

your second mortgage lender has charged off the loan. the collection agency, who has purchased the loan from your lender, would now collect the dues from you. if you are unable to pay off the dues, they have the right to sue you for the same.
