Is anyone can help send me sample of letter to write the Wells Fargo 2nd mortgage lien holder. I currently owe them $ 160,000 and like to settlement with 20 cents for dollar. Thanks in advance.

hi mahi,
you need to write a hardship letter to your lender explaining your present situation. this will help the lender to judge your situation. if he is convinced, then he would consider your request for a second mortgage settlement.
