can you be sued for 2nd mortgage,after first has been forclosed on.

the second mortgage lender has the rights to come after you in order to recover his dues. he can sue you for the payments.

While taking the second mortgage loan, you used the equity of the same home which you used as collateral to take out the first mortgage loan. If the first mortgage has been foreclosed, you can be sued for the second mortgage too.
