Looking for your required package to be completed on a short sale in Ill. I am a Real Estate Broker. I would like to be able to download it, in order to meet all of you requirements.

It is the lender who will short sale the property in order to recover his dues. This is just an online community guiding people in their mortgage related queries. I don't think anyone here will be able to help you with short sale package. You should contact the concerned lender and take his opinion in this matter.
