Hi highway,

I did not understand what you wanted to mean by "TX deed property without warranty" Did you wanted to say that you have lost the property deed? If you have lost the deed, then you can contact the county recorder's office and get a duplicate title.

As far as constable sale is concerned, all tax property purchased at the sale are subject to a right of redemption. This redemption period starts from the date the purchaser's deed is filed for record in the County Clerk's office.

Thanks

Hi

There are scores of title search companies online who claim to provide free services. But it is really difficult to say how much truth is there in their claims. Thus, it's very important that you check the credentials of the company well and get feedback from people who have used their services, before taking any decision.

Hi Joice!

Welcome to forums!

It will be better if you could go for a title search. This will help you know whether the title of the property is free and clear or not.
