we bought some property in salt flat tx. it is in a subdivision and we found out that the lot itself was not surveyed. we are trying to put a house on the property and they told us that tx state law requires us to have this done. we have boundary markers so we know where are property lines are.
Hi jimndee!

Welcome to the forums!

If the land survey is required by the state law, then you will have to go for it. You cannot avoid it.

Hi jimndee,

You can contact an attorney and he will help you in understanding and dealing with this matter.

Thanks
