Can anyone tell me which lenders to Renovation loans in Texas for existing owner occupied (not new acquisition) properties? I know that one is Wells Fargo and have heard the First Horizon does, too. Does anyone know of any others? Thanks!!! :)

Well, though I'm not sure but I think all the major FHA approved lenders will offer you renovation loans in Texas. You should contact them and take their opinion in this matter.
