What is the maximum fee or points that a mortgage broker can charge in Virginia?

I was asking whether Virginia has any Law for the maximum points allowed be charged to the borrower by the broker. Thank you!

I haven't heard of any such special law regarding Virginia. You can contact your lender and he will help you know how many points you'll be able to pay when you take out a mortgage.
