Can a WHEDA loan be modified in Wisconsin?

How would i know if i would quilfy for a wheda loan knowing that my credit rate is around 600 and only having a small amout for a down payment. Would any of that matter or not?

Wheda loans are available at a low down payment. As far as your credit score is concerned, you will have to speak to the local Wheda lenders and check out whether or not you will get qualified for one.
