Quit Claim Deed Prior to Bankruptcy

Quit Claim Deed Prior to Bankruptcy

My mom added my name to the title of her home when my father passed away as a right of Survivorship in 1998. I was a cosigner on a trailer which the primary borrower voluntarily surrendered back to the bank and filed bankruptcy leaving me with the remaining debt. I have never paid anything in regards to my mom's home which is paid in full, would I be able to file a quit claim deed returning title to her in full and file bankruptcy without any impact on her house?

How much do you owe on the trailer? Do you really need to file bankruptcy? Is there no other way out? Yes, you can file a quit claim deed prior to filing bankruptcy.
