can medical take my home?

My parents added my name to their home 20 years ago by way of a quit clam deed. It now shows all three of our names on it. Both of my parents have passed away and I was wondering since all three names were on the house before their passing will Medicaid (Medi-cal) be able to make me pay them back from the sell of the house? I was under the understanding that once they passed the house was mine free and clear?
