On the deed

Just to clarify I live in the state of Florida. My mother purchased a home in 2004 she added me to her deed unknown to me. She decided to take out a mortgage on the home a few months later. Florida law I had to sign the mortgage on the property because my name is on deed (title) the mortgage is the collateral for the note THE HOME I am NOT on the promissory note. My mother is deceased and the property is being foreclosed.what type of responsibility do I have to the bank besides signing over the deed..
