this mortgage company we are dealing with is so slow, how long should it take to get a cond. approval our loan originator keeps saying over and over be patient, she did let us know on oct.23,.2014 that the appraiser had been contacted to look at property still have had no response from anyone, we are thinking of moving our loan as does our real estate agent.

communication is key - timelines vary however you should be in the loop if they are not letting you know find someone else before they charge you for the appraisal - the appraisal should be ordered 3 days after youy receive the initial paperwork   Brian Barnes ENG Lending Nationwide Loans Brian@Aimwithfocus.com
