That score is going to be an issue - you need to clea n up whatever is holding the score down and try - if you have lost income you will need to be able to show you have enough coming in to cover all credit debt - (45%- 50% of your gross is all that is allowed to be used for housing and credit debt payments) Good Luck Brian Barnes' Nationwide Mortgages
