From what I have heard the trial period is to see that you can make the modified payment however there is no guarantee that you will et the mod and may be asked to pay late penalties or even get caught up after the trial period - I would voice your concerns and ask them - these are just stories I have heard from others through years on the forums - Good luck Brian Barnes ENG Lending 50 States Lender
