Putting another name on a home
My dad passed away 18 years ago and his name is still on the house that he and my mother lived in. My mother is still in the house. I am her only child and we want to put my name on the home as well. How do we go about doing that

Adding someone to title is very easy... Go talk with a local title company. They will assist you with your fathers passing away, and adding you to title.

Make sure that the title deed is prepared well. This is because mortgage fraud is rife nowadays and that the housing market isn't in a good condition either.
