Do you do reverse mortgages on mobile homes?

I am trying to get a reverse mortgage for about $60,000. I do not have a mortgage at present. I own the home outright. I also own the land it's on. The mobile home community I live in does not have space rent.

I am sure you will be eligible for mobile home reverse mortgage, it seems you have fullfilled the basic criteria but make sure your home must be 30 yrs old, constructed after 1976 & it should also comply with the requisites of the FHA inspection.
