Hi all,
It's been a long time since we've all joined hands and helped our community grow. But how well do we know each other? Let's start off by telling you something about myself.
I'm Brian Dela Cruz, Marketing Manager at MortgageFit. I've been associated with this community since April, 2006. And, it's been a pleasure interacting with the people here and helping them to the best of my abilities.

I joined this forum to help out anyone I can. I enjoy posting in forums like this and like someone said earlier its nice to get a little extra too.
I got into the mortgage/real estate business for the same reason. I found out that I could make a real difference in peoples lives and make a great living as well. I have seen a lot in my short 5 years in this business.
If I can make a difference for just 1 person that is enough for me.

Am very new to the forums as my husband and I just had a baby last year and realize that it's finally time to save for a home. we have no clue as to how to go about all this but know that we will meet several knowledgeable people and will meet some new people as well. looking through this forum there are great people ready to help us begin our home buying journey!! look forward to participating and learning,

I met some real good people - jessica, Samantha, jenkins - all lovely people and really helpful to those in trouble. And, I've learnt a lot from them in the course of my association with this community.
