Hi, I have my Quick Claim Deed filled out except the Legal Description part. I live in St. Louis , MO and I am not sure how this part of the QCD needs to be done. I bought the QCD from Office Max . All parties have signed , it's Notorized, Witnesses ect have signed. Just need to put the legal description on the right way, and what else do I need when I file it?

It is always better to contact an attorney and take his opinion in this regard. He will better guide you to understand the whole thing and let you know what you need to do.
