I have my place in forclosure,

I have my place in forclosure, and at the same time i'm coowner at my mother's condo,how will this affect her if my mine goes intoforclosure, or if I rather do deed in lieu of forclosure, my condo does not have any other liens, and I'm up to date with condo dues, and maintenance, but a few moths ago I've changed the homestead exception in my name, and i moved with her for a few months, but does not worked, she lives in a adult comunity, so went back to my soon to be forclosed condo, what should I do, not to compromise, my mother's with my problems,
