Does this forum allow mortgage companies to advertise here? or are they strictly here to lend advise to lenders? I am just curious, I have not seen any of them on here advertising their services.

It seems that advertising here is not allowed. Everyone is allowed to put their suggestions and share their experience with the forum members. If anyone likes to give information and someone out, they are most welcomed here.
But I have seen if someone tries to advertise their products or company, moderators have rejected them as considering scams.
