That sounds terrific!

Which company has billed her for a mortgage?

I think she should contact the company immediately and take necessary legal steps if required.

There is a very nice lady there name cara ... I am working with her to pay off aloan . Now there is this company named westbury ventures they are very rude .. They even threaten to come on my job .. That just made me even more angry. I tried to be polite with them but to come home and hear something like that .. I dont ever want to do business with them again .. Like my sister says .. These payday loans places are just a legal loan sharks when you think about it ..instead of them breaking a leg they go after you another way .

Hi DAWN,

Welcome to the forum.

You are absolutely right. These payday loan companies are nothing but " LOANSHARKS". I have seen a discussion regarding "Westbury Ventures" at "http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/settlement/about18300.html" .

Hope this helps you.

Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.

Best of luck,
Larry

Hi Jeffrey Smith,

Welcome to the forum.

This is not Geneva Roth. This is Mortgagefit community. So I think you are looking for Geneva Roth. They do not have very good reputation in the market. I think you should try to contact them directly.

Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.

Best of luck,
Larry

Well the nightmare never ended with geneva roth captial also known as loan point usa. The number 1-800-351-8820 is correct in contacting them, but your better off not even doing it because as i stated before, they are very rude. I checked my new bank account to see if a payment had went through and it said that my account was overdrawn over $200. I asked the representative why and she stated geneva roth capital had taken it. I had a loan back in 2007 for $100. I called them and they representative at geneva roth was very rude and so what the manager/supervisor, so asking to speak to someone higher up in rank doesn't do any good either. I asked how they got my bank account information, they stated that is supposedly says in the contract that if your loan goes into default and you apply for another loan, rather you get it or not, they take that information which has your bank information and begin debiting from it!!!!! This was a horrific discovery for me as i had bills that were supposed to be clearing and a direct deposit from my employment going into my account tomorrow. Now i'm overdrawn with my bank and nothing can be done about it. They took twice the amount that i owed to them. If anyone reads this message please do not do business with geneva roth capital. And if you owe them, do not attempt to take out any other loans as they will get your information and start debiting from your account. I stated to the supervisor obviously i didn't have any money if i was applying for another loan and my account is not overdrawn with my bank. I never received any emails or letters as they stated they sent. I wish i had never done any business with them and will recommend that no one does any business with them either. If a lawyer reads this, is there anything i can do about this situation?

Hi msthang.

There are so many complaints against this particular company and we also advise people to stay away form them. BTW you can file a complaint against GENEVA ROTH CAPITAL at the Office of the Attorney General in your state.

Best of luck,
Larry

I received a loan for 200 on July 14th and I was to repay the loan on August the 1st. But only $60 was withdrawn from the amount I thought I was to pay. I thought that $260 would be withdrawn.I just need the number to call them directly. The loan was from Geneva Roth Capital. I just want to talk to someone so that $60 would not be taken out each month which is not the route I want to go just to borrow $200 and paying $60 for the next 12 months.

I was laid off from my job and needed some help, I took a Pay day loan thru this company. I borrowed $500, and thought I was paying a total of $650.00, $500.00 for the amount I borrowed and a $150.00 fee .

As it turned out they took $150.00 twice a month and when I thought I had them paid off, they said I stilled owned the the orignal $500.00. None of the documents stated this in the loan terms. They are crooks, dont use this company.

Hi Sallie,

A lot of people have complaints against Geneva Roth. What I can suggest you right now is that you should contact the State Attorney General and file a complaint against them.

Thanks,

Jerry
