Will naca be in san diego soon. I just heard about them this evening. I been working with my lender since May 18th and they still giving me the run around. I need help quick. Just was informed I will be getting layoff in January 17th. I can retire but this won't be enough for our expenses.

djames, naca has a website that i'm sure would allow you to find out where and when they'll be somewhere. they have regular workshops as well, which you can also review...all at naca.com.

Hi! I missed NACA in LA, too (and I live here!), but you can go on NACA.com and type in your zip code and find an office near your home. I just did that.

nov first i have been given a modification on my first mortgage in which chase reduced it to 6.750% which is 1.50% less and my second which is an has a balloon payment at 15 years, the percentage remained at 8.50%. this modification is good for only five years and is subject to change, a higher percent. they said i needed to wait till my home is valued 5% over what i owed in ordered to refinance. i need to refinance because i am out of borrowing avenues. my house payment is more than 30% of my income. can you help me?

Your option is to go back your bank and ask for loan modification again

I was septical about Naca, because there so many scams out there. I was 18 months late on my loan and Naca refinance my loan for 3.5 percent 30 year fixed. I very pleased with NACA. I'm in Las Vegas the foreclosure capital of the USA.

If you've not defaulted on the loan, then you can refinance it by contacting your current lender. You may even contact other lenders for in order to get a refinance. However, you cannot refinance the loans of both the properties together.

As the property is in foreclosure, I don't think you will be able to refinance the loan.
