Thanks smith.sussane,

But I'm wondering if naca or anyone else in that type of organization will be able to help me out of this mess so that I can keep my home. Make the story short, I got a loan back in "2007" in which I had no idea that this so call suppose to be helping me get the loan. Was a Predatory Lender our conversations and business was by phone, after he took all of my info, I asked him how come you didn't request my W-2's and my pay stubs for proof of income. He said that he won't need it because they have other options that's better and quicker. Something told me not to go through this, plus told him that I only can afford $1500 a month. No problem he had his I guess his co-worker come to my job with all these forms for me to sign. She said I had 72 hrs. to change my mind. But in the meantime she sent Mr. Anderson his originals back to him by Federal Express. I called him when I came home before the 72 hrs. was up the same number we talked about the, guess what number no longer in service, I tried two days straight same answer. That's why I'M IN THIS MESS AND NEED HELP. So if I can get help please by no means send it to me, no one would give me a modification because I just was laid off, and my income is not enough with this heavy back pay I owe to BOA.

Hi loverbun,

It is true that if you are presently not employed, then you won't be able to qualify for a loan modification. You will have to show some sort of income to the lender in order to modify your loan. In my opinion, you should have a word with the NACA officials so that they may help you in dealing with the situation.

Just a reminder that anyone who has questions regarding NACA and its services can post their question on the NACA Forum at forums.naca.com . NACA staff members monitor the forum and will answer your questions, ususally the same day. :D
