had a mtg broker as borrower in minnesota..the refinance loan closed in july 06'.
the borrower never bothered to make a payment. the wholesale lender is coming after my broker. i originated the loan as a w2 employee am i liable because now my broker wants to sue me for costs and attorney fees according to my ind. contraotor agreement. the ind. cont agreement does not cover w2 does it..?

I don't think you should be sued. Instead, your broker should sue the borrower.
What's the ind. contractor agreement?
It's the Independent Contractor Agreement.
