SJM Marketing - How do I contact them?

SJM Marketing, a payday loan provider, is the parent company of Platinum B Services. The company officials have so far ripped off many of its customers. And they continue to do so even after repeated complaints have been filed against it.

It's often hard to locate the company as because they keep changing their contact numbers from time to time but do not provide their consumers with the correct contact details. The company continues to withdraw money from customers' bank accounts even though the latter may have paid off the loan in time. That's something very illegal and if you're one of them to have gone through this, don't hesitate to contact SJM Marketing at their phone number, 1-866-722-2770. Their fax number is 1-866-599-5161. If the debt is sold off by SJM for collection, then call up at 866-350-5696.

One of my friend is looking for the information on SJM Marketing, any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
Hello Lance,

This is a regular happening with these companies. It is good that you have decided to take steps against them.

But first of all, inform the bank about this fraud and see if they help you to put an overdraft protection to your account. You may also take legal steps by informing the BBB but take the assistance of an attorney.

I have been trying to reach them for over a year now. They have been taking $75.00 every 2 weeks out of my account for the past year. They totally rip you off and you can't get them to leave you alone. If anyone has a number where I can talk to someone in the company, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Hello Gina,

Do you have a loan with SJM Marketing? Is there any problem in making the payments? Otherwise why will you get calls like that.

There has been numerous complaints against SJM before. We may offer a solution only if you state your problem clearly.

If necessary you may consult a lawyer and take legal assistance from him.

There has to be something we can do about this right!!!!
After we close our accouts with the bank, Or put a hold on there transactions? Is there anything else we can do? File a complaint? Is there some kind of way we can find these people?
Posted on: 27th Mar, 2008 11:23 am
yeah definitely you can file a complaint with the FTC. Please look through the complaint form at http://www.mortgagefit.com/mortgage-companies/about5040.html#21276 .

You can also file a complaint with the State Attorney General.

Hi Guest.

Welcome to the forum.

I think you should not give your social security number to them. It may be a case of identity theft. This company is nothing but a loan shark. BTW you have no deal but they are taking away money from your checking account? Then you should better close your account so that they cannot take money from your checking any further and you can even file complaints against "sjm" in the attorney generals office in your state.

Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.

Best of luck,
Larry
