SJM Marketing - How do I contact them?

SJM Marketing, a payday loan provider, is the parent company of Platinum B Services. The company officials have so far ripped off many of its customers. And they continue to do so even after repeated complaints have been filed against it.

It's often hard to locate the company as because they keep changing their contact numbers from time to time but do not provide their consumers with the correct contact details. The company continues to withdraw money from customers' bank accounts even though the latter may have paid off the loan in time. That's something very illegal and if you're one of them to have gone through this, don't hesitate to contact SJM Marketing at their phone number, 1-866-722-2770. Their fax number is 1-866-599-5161. If the debt is sold off by SJM for collection, then call up at 866-350-5696.

Hi Jessica, what's the latest word on SJM marketing? Funny thing is I called to inquire about "my account" and was told by someone that they couldn't find my SS#, but then a few minutes later she told me that my account would be zero'd out. Then I called back because I forgot to ask will I receive an email reconfirming this and this time someone told me they have no information on me!!!

You're in a tough situation... You should contact SJM Marketing and find out whether or not your account is open. If your account is not open, then you don't have to pay them anything...

Jessica, be careful how you portray these companies. I fear that you're setting yourself up for an accusation of libelous comments. I certainly don't advocate championing their cause, but I've been reading some commentaries lately that bloggers, who think they can say pretty much anything, are being brought into court to explain some of their commentaries, and the possibility of damages is always lurking when you get into a court situation.

Just be careful.

This group is calling me constantly and I am not even a customer. I have called and asked for a supervisor to stop the harrassing phone calls and they claim I can't be transferred without my ssn...I have filed a complaint with the BBB, has not stopped

Hi Shawn!

Welcome to forums!

I will suggest you not to give them your ssn. Rather you can file a complaint against them to the State Attorney General. He may take some steps against the concerned group.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

I had a call from a creditor and they are trying to say that i owe 253.00 and they told me that if I didn't pay that they would send the police out to my house to get me and they also said that they were an office of the state of Ohio. I did not give them any info and they said that they couldn't give me any information about the case. I would like to have an answer back to know what I should do.

Hi knowone,

Non-payment of debts won't be considered as a criminal offence. So, I don't think the lender will be able to take any criminal action against you. You should try and negotiate with the lender in order to get rid of this issue.

Thanks
