Geneva Roth Capital Inc. which is also known as Loan Point USA ("http://www.loanpointusa.com/" ) is a payday loan company that carries out its own collections. Based at Utah, the company is reported to be a loan shark by several consumers who have shared their experience with the company in our forums.

There have been several complaints so far from customers regarding illegal activities of Geneva Roth. Here's why debtors feel that Geneva Roth is a loan shark:
  • The company often over charges its customers and withdraws money from their accounts repeatedly even after the loan payment is over.
  • The company also keeps changing its contact information due to which customers make repeated calls but fail to get any response from Geneva Roth.
  • Geneva Roth somehow gets access to bank accounts not related to the loan and debits money from such accounts.
  • Even if consumers do not apply for Geneva Roth loans, the company somehow gets access to their accounts and forcefully deposit loan funds without even sending any paper agreement to the debtor.
If you are in problem while dealing with the company or if you need to make an enquiry on your payment, loan balance etc, talk to a customer representative at the Geneva Roth toll free number.

In case you don't get any response from the company, or if they continue with their illegal activities, file a complaint with the FTC, BBB or your State attorney General. And if you'd like to share your experience with Geneva Roth - good or bad, feel free to post it below.

I need to contact geneva roth about a payday loan I need a phone number.
These people are definitely not the easiest to get in contact with, but they do have a toll free number where you can get information about paying off your loan, balance, payments, etc... 1-800-351-8820

I'm in the middle of paying off my loan and from personal experience, I wouldn't use these people ever again.

Share some more facts about them Caroline.

I have seen many people being harassed by this company and money been taken out of their accounts. You said that you are paying off the loan, have they agreed to it? How one should go about it if the company is taking out more than they owe on their loans?

Thanks

i went to internet to apply payloan of $300. The next two days, i came across that amount of loan in my account and i don't apply it from gevena roth capital inc. so how do they have my bank account that freak me out. They didn't send me any paper agreement about this money to transfer to my account nor do i even have their telephone number. now i want to return this money back to them, but i don't have their info to send this money back to them. But within one week, they went back to my account withdraw $90. Then five days later again, gevena roth cap inc went back and withdraw $140 making my checking account overdraft. i want to close my account immediately but i don't know whether it's wise thing to do and i am also scare to keep deposit my money to this account cause gevena roth capital have all the details about my account info and i don't know where they even locate first nor do i have sign any agreement with them whatso ever.

You should immediately close that account. As you have not signed any loan papers with them they are not authorized to take out money.
"gevena roth capital have all the details about my account info and i don't know where they even locate first "
You might have applied for loan with some other company and from there they have taken your details.

This company is a real scam company with many people complaining about them. Contact them as soon as possible and ask how they are taking out money from your account (This is their number - 800-351-8820). Tell them that you would be taking legal action if they do not stop it. You have every reason to file a lawsuit against them for taking out money without an sort of loan agreement.

I applied for a pay day loan but never signed anythingand they deposited the money into my account anyways now i have no clue when they are suppose to take it out or if i ever signed anything to begin with

Geneva Roth is a total fraud company. Try to contact them as early as possible and inquire why this amount was deposited in your account when you haven't applied for it.

Also file a complaint with FTC about it. As you are pretty sure that you have not signed on any loan documents they cannot scam you like this.

geneva roth is not a very good company, you should take immediate steps to know why money is being taken out of your account.

Check with your bank if this company has got authorization to take out money from your account.

Did you fill your ssn and other personal details on any of the online sites?

They deposited $400 in my account, said I applied for it, but I don't remember signing anything with them....And now they are already trying to send me an attorney...I am a little worried about this company especially after reading this....

Unfortunately I was laid off recently and have just gone back so the money I owe isn't there..... The other odd thing is that they say I said I have a checking account.....I know thats not true I haven't had a checking account in over a year!!

So I have no idea what to do!!!

Ask them to provide documentation to prove you applied for the loan. If they don't send you proof that you had applied for the loan then file a complaint with Department of Financial Institutions and also FTC about it. And let them know that you have filed complaint with the regulatory bodies.

Hi Jessaica,

How can they deposit 400$ in your account forcefully without making you sign any agreement? If they say that you have a checking account, consult with the associated bank and ask them to show the legal documents of that checking account. For further necessary action, you can complain with a state attorney against their illegal operation.
