Transferring property: Statewise sample quitclaim deed forms

Posted on: 26th Mar, 2007 05:09 am
Hi all,

While participating in this community forums, I have often found people looking for online forms especially those related to quit claim deed.

The forms on quit claim deed are different in each state as they are in accordance with the state laws. I have tried to collect a number of quit claim deed forms which are available in the government websites of the respective states or counties.
If any of you find out quit claim forms used in some other states, feel free to add it below.

Thanks.
Hi Ericka,

Quitclaim deeds vary from state to state. Texas has it's own quitclaim deed form. You can contact an attorney and he can draft the deed for you. You can even check out "http://www.nupplegal.com/texas-deed-forms.html" to download a quitclaim deed form of Texas.

Hi Bob,

I don't think free quitclaim deed form for New Jersey is available online. It would be better if you could contact an attorney and get it drafted from him.

Thanks

To brenda,

You will have to use a quitclaim deed of the state where the timeshare property is located.
