What care/ action should one take If he defaults on his mortgage but does not want to lose his home?[/right]

He or she can pay the defultedmoney and become current.

Call the bank for loan modification if he or hse is in financial dificulty

making default money paid is a wish list. but how to reach that level, is unknown.

contact lender immediately and ask for the corrective action.
through the negotiation you can resolve the problem.

Hi appletongary,
