What do I need to transfer some land to my son? It is around an acre. Where can I get a quit claim form?

you can use a quit claim deed to transfer ownership of the land to your son. please go through this page to know how to use a quit claim deed for transferring land in his name: transferring property-interest through quit claim deed
there is a state wise listing of quit claim deed forms provided on this page: statewise forms on quit claim deed . you can select the form used in your state from here. if your state is not listed there then please tell which state you are in and i will try to provide you the link to a web site wherefrom you can download a quit claim deed form that can be used in your state.
