Which banks may finance manufactured homes?

We are trying to find financing for a new mobile home with land improvement (septic ,well and impact fees). The land is ours free and clear. We do not want to go FHA due to the high closing cost and PMI. How do we find a Finance company /bank ourselves?

It's a bit difficult to find mobile home lenders now-a-days. Have you contacted any local lenders? Some of them still offer loans against mobile home. You can also contact a manufactured home seller who might refer you to a lender who offers mobile home loans. There are lenders in this community. You can even go for a no-obligation free mortgage consultation with them to find out if any of them can help you with the mobile home loan.
