Geneva Roth Capital Inc. is a payday loan company licensed in Utah. The company operates under different names in different states, such as Geneva Roth Ventures Inc (KS), Geneva Roth Ventures II (MO), Geneva Roth Holding (CA) etc. Customers aren't quite happy with its services as they say Geneva Roth is a scammer.

Community members and guests have complained saying that Geneva Roth Capital has been making regular withdrawals from their accounts even though it has nothing under their names. The company may ask for your banking information but it's advisable that you don't give away such details until and unless you're convinced that the company won't mess up with it.

In case Geneva Roth tries to access your bank account illegally, talk to the bank officials and find out what can be done in order to stop the former. Usually the bank may ask you to close the account depending upon the policies they follow.

Hi nancy prykryl,

Firstly, I would suggest you to close the account from which the company is deducting money. Secondly, file a complaint at the State Attorney General's Office. I hope this will help you.

Thanks,

I have been trying to get out from under this mistake since the day that I made the loan. I cannot get them to answer a phone call or give me the balance of my account. Is there not legal action that can be taken?

Hi guest,

You can report about them at the state attorney general's office. Once you file a complaint, the state attorney general's office might take actions against them.

Thanks

Hi Guest,

I would like to clarify that this is a mortgage community where common people, experts as well as lenders participate and give their opinions. I guess Geneva Roth has debited money from your account. You need to contact them and clarify the whole issue. You can also block your bank account in order to stop them from debiting your money.

Welcome Julie,

I would suggest you to speak with the bank and try blocking the account from which they are debiting the money. You may also file a complain against the company with the state attorney general.

Hi Jen,

Lot of people have complaints againt the pay day loan companies. If you feel they are debiting money from your account illegally, make sure you complain against them to the Attorney General and BBB.

Thanks.

They already took 300.00 out of my account in a 2 month period. Now they are trying to take out 400.00. All i got was a 500.00 loan. I think ive paid that back and then some due to all the NFS charges that i have had to pay my bank. Called the 800-351-8820 and all i get is a recording saying "the call can not be completed as dialed".

Hi anonymous!

Welcome to forums!

I think you should complain to the BBB and the State Attorney General. This might help you in stopping them from debiting money from your account. You can even close your bank account from which they are debiting the money.

I THINK ITASABOUT TIME THAT THE AUTHORITIES GET INVOVLVED. THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY AND THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF HARD WORKING PEOPLE. I AM GOING TO MY LAWYER AND ALSO CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND MY LOCAL NEWS STATION. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED....

It is a basic purpose of all these pay day loans to screw the people and get the maxim8um out of their pocket.I think you should give in writing to the authorities that this has occured twice and surely there will be some action against this.

But make sure you borrow from some of the social borrowing websites or from friends, relatives instead of going with these payday loans. they are sharks in this financial market and will only gobble you if you neglect them once you take loan from them.
even borrowing from credit card is lot more cheaper compared to these pay day loan people.
