Welcome Guest, You won't be able to qualify for a mortgage immediately after bankruptcy discharge. After a Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge, you need to wait for 4 years to get a conventional loan. After a Chapter 13 bankruptcy discharge, you will have to wait for 2 years.
