I had a judgement on my credit, it has now ben satisfied. What now. Do I need to get a satisfaction of judgement to show the lender so I am able to qualify for a loan

Hi Kathreen! Welcome to forums! You should get a satisfaction of judgment from your ceditor and record it at the county recorder's office. This will get updated in your credit report as well and then you will be able to qualify for a mortgage. Feel free to ask if you have further queries. Sussane
