how does a family member put thier name on deed to Parents house?
My Parent's own a bome, My Mom passed away and my Father has dementia, how is it possible for one of thier children to put thier name on the deed.

Your siblings might have put their names on the deed by using quitclaim deed.

If your father is no longer legally capable of signing he would need a power of attorney allowing someone else to sign for him on his behalf - you should be able to use a quit claim deed - I would contact a title company and ask them how much they would charge to help you through the process - they are the experts and may not charge much since it doesnt involve much - they may be able to get it recorded for you as well
