choice loan consultinng
I too have fallen victim to these jerks and am on the verge of losing my home. I am contacting the local news media and the attorney general, I plead with you to do the same. There is strength in numbers. Jordan at Choice is an errogant as they come and spent more time patting himself on the back at our meeting than resolving the issues I have. Good luck to anyone in this situation!

Im dealing with choice now. It's been 7 months, nothing has happened, and they don't tell me anything. I have to call them and the answer I get is "waiting for the bank" That's it! They collect money and that's all they do. Go elsewhere, you'll be better off. I'm canceling my deal, asking for my $ back and moving on.

on September 11th a guest made a post regarding a cut and paste link to a class action suit against choice loan consulting. The link is not there. Does anyone have any further information on this???? :?:

During the last few months Choice National has turned off their phones. They appear to only be working with the new clients and have been nothing but unresponsive. Initally they called me back within a day or two and followed up with me. But in early September they changed the way clients were to contact them and it's gone straight down hill from there. They do not respond to my emails or voice messages. I can not get through to a live person - since about Sept 8th. I am stranded. I have no idea what they have sent to my lender or anything.
DO NOT trust Choice.

I WOULD LIKE TO TELL EVERYONE THAT CHOICE LOAN CONSULT COMPANY IS A SCAM. WHEN I SIGN UP WIT THEM IN MARCH/09, THEY TOLD ME DONT ANSWER CALLS FROM LENDER AND DONT PAY UR MORTGAGE. BUT I DIDNT LISTEN. THEY ONLY MADE 3CALLS, EVERY TIME I CALLED THEY WOULD SAY THAT MY LOAN IS IN NEGOTIATING PROCESS, AND I WOULD TELL THEM WHAT R U NEGOTIATING IF I HAVENT RECEIVE PACKAGE FRM LENDER OR ANY DEALS. EVERY TIME I CALLED THE BANK THEY WOULD SAY I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A PACKAGE CUZ THEY HAV LOTS OF PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME. SO I STARTED DO IT MY SELF. I REQUESTED REFUND END OF JULY/09, SINCE JULY CHOICE LC KEEP SENDING ME LETTERS EVERY MONTH TO TELL ME I HAVE TO WAIT 30 TO 90DAYS. BUT WHEN I SIGN UP AGENT SAID 30DAYS GUARANTY FOR A REFUND. THEY KEEP TELLING ME THEY GOT NEW OWNERS AND THEY HAV TO REVIEW MY ACC FOR WHAT IT TAKES ABOUT 10MIN TO REVIEW,NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE IN MY ACC. ALSO AGENT KEPT $1000, CUZ THEY DIDNT PAY COMMISSION TO HIM. SO IM STUCK I NEED SMONE TO HELP ME GET MY $2000, BACK. IAM VERY UPSET WIT POOR SERVICE, U CALL LISA AT REFUND DEPT SHE NEVER CALLS U BACK, U CAN ONLY COMMUNICATE THRU EMAIL THAT MAYBE U CAN GET BACK ONCE A MONTH. Based on my experience I would NOT recommend Choice. When my husband was laid off and put in a position of accepting a job at 50+% less salary than he was previously making, Choice assured us they could help us keep our home. Choice is horrible about staying in contact with their clients, I was told we would receive weekly updates to our file, we received maybe 3 calls in 4 months (that's being generous), every time we would call their office for an update it was a standard message indicating they had a high volume of calls and to please leave a message, we left SO MANY messages, they NEVER returned our calls. We have since found out the person originally handling our file was fired or quit, so it sounds as if we fell through the cracks. I feel we ultimately ended up losing our home because of Choice, had we known that no one was actively working on our file we could have at least tried working directly with our lender again or a myriad of other options.

I love the fact that everyone in here thinks that loan modifications just happen over night. They take a lot of time. The real scandal here is with agents telling clients not to make payments to trick banks into giving them better mods when in fact it just prolongs the process and with the lenders them selves.

Hi. I'm a reporter who has covered this company for the NPR member station in Phoenix. Anyone want to talk about their experience (good or bad) with Choice? What are you hearing from the AG's office? 480-774-8463, I'm around, and happy to listen.

I was one of the first posters to reply about Choice. I signed on to sell for them when they first started loan mods and I bought their bull. Their training was fantastic and I really thought I was going to help alot of people. As the training went on I continued to ask for the names and bios of the "attorneys" that I was told performed the loan mods. I was promised the info over and over again and never received it. So, I smelled a rat and fortunately NEVER sold their loan mod packages to anyone.

Since I cannot change my original post because of all the replies, I would like to recend my original statement. Because I cannot remove my phone number from this page I have received phone calls from alot of people who were sold Choice loan mods and now cannot get in touch with the people who are supposed to be helping them. For all of these people I have suggested getting legal representation because there are laws protecting them from loan mod scams.

I was so excited initially to help people keep their homes. I am truly sorry if my original post led anyone to be scammed by Choice.

N...... at Choice has blocked her email and somehow an entire company has blocked their 800# and area code (480) is not accepting calls. Also J....H..... in Afton, Wyoming has not returned calls or emails since N.... has not responded at the main office. They have 2 hours to respond or are going to BBB, our attorney, and Attorney General Office in Idaho, Arizona, and Wyoming.

So because the bank doesn't want to lower my rate and is the real villain, that also means that choice give me 1 update in 9 months. Choice should also not respond to dozens of voicemails or emails and never offer a legitimate update other than "we are waiting for the bank" The bank may not want to just lower my rate without a fight, but don't be so stupid to think Choice is a saint of a company. They are ignoring clients, taking money and not working files, not paying agents (as I was one for a month before realizing how terrible they were) and has anyone noticed the website has disappeared? not the sign of a good company. every # i call has a full voicemail and no answer. I have been trying to get a refund for 5 months and only get the run around and letters saying to wait 6-8 weeks
