has anyone worked for choice loan consulting

The entire thing is a scam...Just discovered they've closed shop and the owner was indicted on a bunch of charges...It's been over 11 months and after reporting them to the attorney general and everybody and anybody, now I'm going after the real estate agent that referred me to them...he's been ignoring me also but at least his office is still open...He's the one that kept telling me to wait and wait...

I signed on with them for a remodification in April of 09. Got nothing back. Saw nothing. And went to their office, they are now officially out of business.

I just found out they are out of business.... I am just so furious with them. Bunch of crooks! Made me believe that they were helping me out. Has anyone taken them to court? If so, please let me know. I've made complaints to the Attorney General Office in AZ. Now, I have to take them to Atty Gen. here in California.

I HAVE ALSO DONE BUSINESS WITH CHOICE LOAN AND PLAN TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE AG'S OFFICE. THEY TOOK MY 3500 DOLLARS AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME.. I HOPE THERE IS A WAY WE CAN ALL GET TOGETHER WITH THIS CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT... THEY DESERVE TO GO TO JAIL FOR SCAMING PEOPLE WHO ALREADY MAY LOSE THEIR HOMES AND THEN THEY TAKE OUR MONEY AND MAKE IT 10 TIMES WORTH.

I just recieved notification that I was credited back my charge for choice on my credit card. If you used your credit card I would contact your credit card company to put a fraudulent claim on them. I was just refunded the money I paid them. Boy was that a relief.

If you put the fee on your charge card and did not receive the service as promised, you have chargeback rights. Contact your card company and dispute/chargeback the transaction. If if Choice is no longer in business, their processor/bank is responsible to credit back your fee!

I just wanted to make everyone aware of this if you haven't already read this. Apparently Rob Robson a former Choice Loan Consulting co-hort has started a new company named Freedom Team Financial, this link will take to the blog; freedom-team-financial-rob-robson/
Rob Robson goes on to defent himself saying that he tried his hardest to help the customers of Choice and now his offers free advice if you want more he chares $500. After taking thousands of dollars he still has the galls to charge more. Unbelieable. Hey Rob if you really wanted to help return the money you stole........

They can ignore you all they want or lie all they want on the phone. In person it's a whole different story and I for one would like them to tell me to my face that they don't have my refund. I'll work on posting the rest of the croonies addresses as well.

I paid 6,000 to get a loan remodification with this companym they promised they could help, we are pulling teeth to get updates and about 6 month has passed. Stay away from them!

Everyone are right about them. They took the money $3500 and promise this and that. But every time i call them phones are busy or put you on hold. Now its disconnected...so don't trust them or anyone who pretend that they can help. Try do it yourself, ask your lender..
