US Fast Cash and locating their phone number

Posted on: 03rd Jan, 2008 10:22 am
Can you help me contact US Fash Cash? I have a loan with them, and I can't locate their number anywhere to pay off the loan.

Ellen
Good morning, I would like to know who my lender was and how you payback and how much each time. Thank you, Judy

judy, you are on a forum that discusses topics such as payday loans. the forum, however, is not a payday loan company. whoever gave you that loan is the firm to whom you need to address those questions.

i am flabbergasted that people take loans and cannot figure out who their lenders are. maybe the payday companies are more legitimate than i thought and it's their clientele that are failing to face facts.

I also made the fatal mistake of taking out a loan from these people and after I fufilled the amount owed they continued to take $ out of my account. I went to my bank 3 weeks ago and put a stop payment on their automatic debit and thought this would solve it. I woke this morning to find that they sent an electronic check thru (unlike the auto debit) and because they presented this as a check the stop payment did not cover this! I am a single mother with 4 kids in my home and after they had already ripped me off, $495 was gone out of my account today. I suggest that anyone that is trying to stop them from deducting $ from your account to close the account and open another one that they do not have accees to. They are a scam and will find a way to drain you!

hollie, i hope that you have contacted the attorney general's office in your state. they'll be able to take action to try to shut the company down if they can find cause, but i also encourage you to send them a demand letter right away, giving them 10-14 days to return the funds they owe you. if they fail to do so (and you must tell them this), you will file a suit in small claims court for the amount taken as well as your court filing costs. this might get them to do something on your behalf...at this point, of course, you have nothing to lose...please send this letter right away and sue them if they fail to comply with your request.

for everyone else who's similarly afflicted with this sort of situation, please do the same. contact the attorney general's office in your state and send a demand letter as above. follow up as stated in the demand letter if they don't comply. you'll win the case if you can prove they weren't entitled to the money, and you'll then have a judgment against them.

as for the better business bureau, reporting them there will bring some benefit, but it won't get your money back to you like a lawsuit will.

I just got a call from us fast cash and they had all my husbands info but we more then paid them off when they stole 2,000 $ out of our account and we had to close it. So now we can only bank with credit unions because all banks say we hav an unpaid account. our bank wouldnt stop the withdraws!

has anyone ever contacted their state's attorney general to complain about this travesty? maybe we have the only ag who's worth a dime - dick blumenthal. if payday loans were legal in connecticut (and they are not), blumenthal would be all over those clowns, and shutting them down for their ripoffs. i encourage anyone who's been hurt by one of these outfits - unfairly - to contact his or her state's attorney general's office and discuss the situation with them.

I would never recommend anyone do business with these people. you cannot get in touch with them and they are thiefs. There should be A REGULATION ON THEM

there are regulations, j hagy. unfortunately, what they do is within the confines of the regulations.

for those who have problems with pay day loans, i think it's wise to contact the Attorney General's office in the specific state where you have taken that loan. if enough people have legitimate complaints to warrant an investigation, it occurs to me that most ag's would be happy to shut down these heinous lenders.
