I filled out a loan ap online.us fast cash got my info somehow and deposited $300 into my account.but I never agreed to a loan with them.after much research to find there #.i was told to fill out a return form& fax it over& they would take the money. I did.but they never took their money.instead I got an email 3 days later saying it was to late to return the loan! Finally got in touch with them& they said I now owe them520$ .this is crazy!! I never got a loan with them. I had to close my bank account so they would stop debiting money from it. I tried to mail them their money to an address online & it was returned with no such address!! Hi er!

Welcome to forums!

I personally feel that US Fast Cash has done a wrong thing by depositing a certain sum of money in your account when you haven't agreed for the loan. You can contact an attorney and take legal actions against the company. You should also file a complaint against them at the office of the State Attorney General.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

I am in agreement with Sussane's comment about the Attorney General's office in your state. Contact them (look them up with an internet search or the yellow pages of your phone book), and let them know exactly what happened. This might not immediately fix your situation, but you've got nothing else to lose. You might want to consider changing bank accounts, by the way.

Most people have complained that it's really hard to deal with US Fast Cash.

Sharol, I'm afraid you won't find too many endorsements of how this outfit does business. Keep alert on this and make sure you don't get confused - that's the best way to treat it. And try your best to avoid this and other companies of this sort in the future.

I've been getting harrassing calls from someone saying they work for FCI, (Federal Crimes Investigations) and they are working with the FBI. They want $427 to clear my name and SS#. i explained I had not gotten a loan and not paid it back. I asked name and phone # of loan co. and they said they don't have that. Long story short. They are supposed to be sending an officer to my address at 3pm my time to arrest me. I called 800-640-1295 which is the number someone posted for US Fast Cash. They have no record of a current or previous loan with my name and last 4 of my social.. I am sure it is a scam. I even contacted NYPD as the number they call from is a NY number. They couldn't trace the IP address on an email they sent. Funny thing is they finally agreed to email me a form for proof. This form has two logos that look official and one looks like the FBI logo but it is blurry. Go figure. I have been ignorning calls today and if they continue i will block the number. sometimes the call comes up 0000.

Woodlady, I hope you had a favorable outcome to your problem with that scam company. You were 100% right in contacting the police, and even if you had a loan that someone might be calling you on, what was said to you is so evil and out of whack with the laws that any such company ought to be strung up (that's not a literal reference, btw).

Jennifer Hall, why would you pay $350 to someone you didn't know who claimed that you owed money you didn't owe...all simply because he was threatening you? Did it never occur to you to notify the authorities about this person?

I'm sure you weren't the only poor sap who lost money to the scammer, but if those of you who are about to be hoodwinked would only contact a legitimate law enforcement officer or a legitimate lender, you'd find out that these things are truly scams.
