This company is really nothing but some sort of scam artists. They denied my loan ,but went into my checking accountant to retrive a 30.00 allpication fee. without my knowledge.So to me that is stealing, and i have reported them to the Better Business Bureau hoping to just let them know that we are now watching them

If you truly have a valid complaint, you ought to sue them in small claims court. There's an entry fee to file the suit, but you'd get that back from the company once there is a judgment issued against them. Call your local courthouse and ask about small claims - you can also look it up on an internet search.
