Geneva Roth Capital Inc. which is also known as Loan Point USA ("http://www.loanpointusa.com/" ) is a payday loan company that carries out its own collections. Based at Utah, the company is reported to be a loan shark by several consumers who have shared their experience with the company in our forums.

There have been several complaints so far from customers regarding illegal activities of Geneva Roth. Here's why debtors feel that Geneva Roth is a loan shark:
  • The company often over charges its customers and withdraws money from their accounts repeatedly even after the loan payment is over.
  • The company also keeps changing its contact information due to which customers make repeated calls but fail to get any response from Geneva Roth.
  • Geneva Roth somehow gets access to bank accounts not related to the loan and debits money from such accounts.
  • Even if consumers do not apply for Geneva Roth loans, the company somehow gets access to their accounts and forcefully deposit loan funds without even sending any paper agreement to the debtor.
If you are in problem while dealing with the company or if you need to make an enquiry on your payment, loan balance etc, talk to a customer representative at the Geneva Roth toll free number.

In case you don't get any response from the company, or if they continue with their illegal activities, file a complaint with the FTC, BBB or your State attorney General. And if you'd like to share your experience with Geneva Roth - good or bad, feel free to post it below.

I need to contact geneva roth about a payday loan I need a phone number.
I just spoke with someone at the company by calling 913-825-1200, I asked for the extension loan paper so that I could pay my loan in full. She said she was sending it and my loan was handled through LMILES, LoanPointUSA.com. I too was on hold for a long time. We shall see if this pans out.

Hi Wyester,

If you change your bank account number, then Geneva Roth will not be able to know this. And thus they cannot debit from your new account.

This company is very sneaky. I started to fill out the application and sumbitted it it stated someone would be in contact with me prior to money being deposited into my account sadly to say they deposited without verifing anything... I changed my mind and did not want to borrow. But their web site is loanpointusa and the telephone number is 1-800-351-8820 good luck to all and hopefully i can get out of this myself some of your comments scare me :?

Hi Sicca,

I guess you have borrowed money from Geneva Roth. Then how can their website address be loanpointusa which is a completely different company? You must have got the wrong contact information.

I am having to consolidate all my payday loans online-Its best before you get charged all those fees-They about to ban all payday loan companies online and stores

Hi KL,

Who's banning payday loans and how?is it really going to happen? It's not that too bad to take payday loans is it? I guess that all this is happening just because of the illegal activities that payday loan companies have been doing so far.

I never took out a loan w/those blood suckers! I had my identity stolen frm me 4 yrs ago. This idiot stole my income tax ref, my money out of my mother's bank account, and apparently got some stupid payday loan online. 4yrs later, Geneva Roth deducts money out of my new account, even after I send 20 pages of info for their fraud dept to review for this nightmare I have been living through. How is this fair to me!!!

Hi Willine and Lois,

Welcome to the forum.

I feel it's time you file a complaint against Geneva Roth if you haven't. There are people who've suffered just because the company has been continuously taking out cash from their accounts without even if they've been paying on time. and then one does not find out where they exist. I mean they don't respond I someone calls them.

Guys you all need to complain against such illegal activities or else they old just carry on with such things and make a bad name for themselves and the entire industry.

It's better that you file a complaint with FTC against the illegal practices of Geneva Roth.

Hope this helps...

God bless you.

Samantha

Do not get a loan from this company. They will lie to you and take extra money out of your account. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THEM.

They go by:
Loanpoint USA
